Ingredients

Makes 12 Muffins

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 2 over-ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1 cup organic blueberries

  • 1/2 unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/2 organic, natural maple syrup

  • 2/3 cup oat milk

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats

Method

Preheat oven to 400. Line 12 muffin cup tins with natural brown liners.

Combine first 4 ingredients in one bowl (dry ingredients).

Combine next 6 ingredients in another bowl (wet ingredients).

Combine wet and dry ingredients.

Spoon into muffin cups. Sprinkle with oats.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
